RELAXATION
Take another deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and then gently release. As you exhale, feel your body begin to soften and relax. Allow your breath to become soft and gentle, filling every part of your body—from your belly to your chest, throat, and even your head. With each exhale, you have the opportunity to release and let go of any tension or stress.
Now, start to notice how all the muscles in your body are beginning to relax, warming, and settling into comfort. Find your most comfortable position in this moment, allowing yourself to fully release any remaining tension.
As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine with every inhale, you are drawing in positive energy, filling your body with light and warmth. Inhale love, feeling it expand in your heart, and exhale any lingering regret, letting it dissolve into the air. Inhale abundance, allowing it to flow through your entire being, and exhale scarcity, releasing it completely from your body.
With each breath in, draw in health, feeling it nourish every cell, and as you exhale, let go of any discomfort, allowing it to drift away. Continue this pattern—inhale peace, exhale worry; inhale joy, exhale sadness. Feel your body growing lighter and more at ease with every breath.
Now, as you inhale, bring in a deep sense of gratitude, filling your mind and heart with appreciation for all that you have. Exhale any resentment, judgment, or negative emotions, letting them simply float away. Notice how your breath anchors you in this present moment, bringing you closer to a state of acceptance and inner peace.
Inhale confidence, feeling it strengthen your resolve, and exhale any doubt, letting it disappear completely. With each breath, allow yourself to feel more grounded, more centered, and more aligned with the energy of the Universe.
Imagine with each inhale that you are drawing in light—pure, healing light that flows through every part of your body, soothing and relaxing you. And with each exhale, release any heaviness or darkness, watching it dissolve into the space around you.
As you continue to breathe deeply, notice how all the muscles in your body have fully relaxed, your mind is calm, and your heart is open. You are now in a state of perfect balance, connected to the Earth and the infinite source of the Universe.
Feel the waves of your breath moving through your body, bringing you deeper into this state of relaxation and peace. Inhale acceptance, exhale resistance. Inhale harmony, exhale discord. Allow yourself to become fully immersed in this moment, where you are completely at ease, and all is well.
Take a final deep breath in, filling your entire being with love, light, and peace. As you exhale, let go of any remaining tension, stress, or negativity, knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.
When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and at peace. Know that you can return to this state of calm and relaxation whenever you need, simply by focusing on your breath and allowing yourself to let go.
GUT FEELING MEDITATION:
SOLAR PLEXUS MED
Here’s the meditation
routine arranged step by step:
- Get Comfortable: Find a quiet place and sit in a
comfortable position. Gently close your eyes to center yourself.
- Place Your Hands: Rest your hands on your body, with your
palms placed between your navel and chest, over your Solar Plexus Chakra.
- Focus on Your Decision: Bring to mind the decision you need to
make. Allow yourself to consider each option without rushing.
- Tune into Your Third Chakra: As you reflect on your choices, notice
any sensations in your Solar Plexus. Pay attention to how your body
responds to each option.
- Observe Your Feelings: A sense of discomfort, tension, or
tightness may indicate that a particular decision isn't aligned with your
highest good.
- Find Clarity: When the right decision comes to mind,
you will notice your breath becoming easier and feel a sense of relief,
calm, or openness in your Solar Plexus.
- Finish the Meditation: Once you feel clarity or a sense of
direction, take a deep breath and gently open your eyes, carrying this
awareness forward into your day.
This step-by-step
structure offers a clear and calming flow for the meditation.
Tune into Your Third Chakra: As you reflect on your
choices, notice any sensations in your Solar Plexus. Pay attention to how your
body responds to each option. Observe Your Feelings: A sense of discomfort,
tension, or tightness may indicate that a particular decision isn't aligned
with your highest good. Find Clarity: When the right decision comes to mind,
you will notice your breath becoming easier and feel a sense of relief, calm,
or openness in your Solar Plexus.
Here's the expanded
section with a guiding example:
Tune into Your
Third Chakra: As you reflect
on your choices, focus on the area between your navel and chest—the Solar
Plexus. Slowly bring each option to mind, one by one. Imagine you’re faced with
deciding whether to stay in your current job or pursue a new opportunity (you
can substitute any other situation, such as a relationship, travel plans, or
another decision relevant to your life). Visualize yourself in each scenario.
For instance, picture
yourself staying in your current job. As you hold that image, notice any
sensations in your Solar Plexus. Do you feel tightness, a sinking sensation, or
a knot in your stomach? Or is there a sense of calmness and ease? Don’t overthink—just
notice what your body is telling you.
Observe Your
Feelings: Now, observe how
each option feels. If imagining staying in your current job creates a feeling
of discomfort, tension, or tightness in your Solar Plexus, it might indicate
this choice isn’t aligned with your highest good. Pay attention to how your
body reacts when you're considering something that may not serve you well.
Next, visualize taking
the new job opportunity. Does the tightness release, or does a new sensation of
tension arise? Perhaps as you imagine stepping into this new role, you feel a
sense of lightness or openness in your Solar Plexus, suggesting that this might
be the right path.
Find Clarity: When the decision that resonates most with
your well-being comes to mind, you’ll notice a shift. Your breath will
naturally become smoother and deeper, and your Solar Plexus might feel more
open or relaxed. There may be a sense of calm, relief, or even excitement. For
example, if the idea of accepting the new job brings an expansive, relaxed
feeling in your Solar Plexus and your breathing becomes easier, this is a sign
that this choice aligns with your true self.
Trust these bodily
cues as you navigate your decision, letting your Solar Plexus be your inner
guide.
ANOTHER MED MIGHT BE:
Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down in a
quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and relax your body.
Focus on Your Breathing: Begin by
taking slow, deep breaths. With each inhale, imagine drawing energy up from the
Earth through the soles of your feet. As you breathe in, visualize this energy
rising up through your Root and Sacral Chakras, flowing towards your Solar
Plexus.
Visualize the Energy: Once the energy
reaches your Solar Plexus, picture a bright yellow ball of light or energy in
this area. See this yellow light glowing softly, centered between your navel
and chest.
Expand the Energy: With every inhale,
imagine this yellow ball of energy expanding. As you breathe in, allow it to
grow larger and brighter. See it turning clockwise, gaining strength with each
breath.
Feel the Sensations: Continue
expanding the ball of energy until it fills your entire upper abdomen. Notice
any sensations in this area—tingling, warmth, or a sense of lightness. Allow
these sensations to grow as the energy ball gets bigger.
Stay Present: Remain in this space for
a few minutes, continuing to breathe deeply and expand the energy with every
inhale. When you feel the area buzzing with energy, tingling, or warmth, you
can slowly bring the meditation to a close.
End the Meditation: Gently open your
eyes when you’re ready, taking with you the feelings of warmth and vitality
from your Solar Plexus.
