369 Hz

Whether you’re focusing on personal goals, abundance, or deeper spiritual connections, meditating with 369 Hz can help amplify your manifestations and align you with the universal flow of creation.

 Binaural Beats

  • Binaural beats can be used to create calming effects by playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear, which the brain then reconciles into a single, unified tone. Frequencies like 3 Hz (deep sleep), 6 Hz (relaxation), and 10 Hz (calm focus) are commonly used for different states of rest.
